Tracey Shontz is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working part-time at our office providing services through Telehealth. She obtained her master’s degree in counseling through California University of Pennsylvania. Tracey has been providing mental health services in Bedford County since 1996 and is working with both adolescents and adults. Her areas of clinical interest include depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, anger management, stress management, and self-improvement. Tracey uses various approaches to therapy including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Counseling, mindfulness/meditation, and positive psychology. Tracey’s enjoys yoga, meditation, and spending time with her children and cats.
